The ageing process of daily objects
We live in a society that is visually and culturally smooth. Observe what's around us, the phone, table, and paper are smooth and aesthetically pleasing. The smooth aesthetic is designed to be appealing and harmonious, in order to fit in with the mainstream. What will the objects look like if they can grow wrinkles like human beings? Will the surface of the computer be covered with wrinkles?
In the ageing process of objects in our daily lives. Things that are not considered alive can grow wrinkles just like humans as they age. The presence of wrinkles on the surface of objects serves as a visual reminder of the passage of time and the story of their existence.
Material: Agar agar, water, rubber latex, liquid latex, cotton, tissue paper, glass
The green sleep oasis is a speculative wearable kit that encourages artificial hibernation. In which humans can survive the winter without food and drink and with a minimal supply of electricity and gas.
The hibernation project started with the motivation of escape from a deteriorated environment to hibernation. We set a context for a possible future when the environment declines quickly due to excessive human demand for natural resources.
As a result, human society has entered a phase of ‘energy conservation’ to save the deteriorating environment. In winter, the energy provided by all stations is minimised.
The hibernation video is about two people who have varied opinions about being selected for hibernation and how they communicate with their friends and family before they hibernate showing different aspects and details if hibernation is implemented.

Temporary Home
Temporary Home is a photo zine about self-identity, home and loneliness. As one of many international students, I have moved to a foreign country to continue my life.
Cramming into a small student ensuite, speaking a different language, trying to fit in and pretend to be used to it. I know I will leave this place one day in the future, this impression follows me wherever I go. When buying a Christmas tree, finding a job, or inviting my friends over the uncertainty haunts me.
Since then it has become a habit for me to be ready to leave at any time. Packing, unpacking, packing, unpacking - I seemed to be repeating this behaviour constantly. Not knowing where it will take me eventually. I have moved from a temporary home to another.
The war put men in an extreme situation and left them with no one but each other. Facing fear, hunger, loneliness, and the desire for physical and emotional contact. Underneath the decent uniforms, glittering badges, and rousing music are soldiers' repressed emotions.
In War Intimacy, I explored the intimate relationships between soldiers on the battlefield. I was inspired by the forbidden love during World War 2 between soldiers Gilbert and Gordon. Homosexuality was illegal in the past, and being caught in the army as a gay man was much worse.
I restored the story by creating a letter and photo archive to tell the narrative behind the bond between two men and remind us of the power of love.
For fear of being accused of being gay, soldiers would burn their letters after reading them. Even so, Gilbert and Gordon kept the 600 letters they sent to each other during the war. They valued the memories of their love far more than the risk of getting caught.

‘The History of Passports' is a zine exposing the inequity of passports and their hidden commercial market. Before the first world war, a passport was not essential to travel abroad. A passport was primarily intended to act as a "letter of recommendation" rather than as a means of identifying the bearer.
A border passport requirement was introduced by European governments during World War I to increase security. The purpose of passports has changed from recommendations to protect authenticity by recording identity and nationality.
Nowadays depending on where you are from and where your passport was issued, it determines how easy it is to travel around the world. People are dehumanised within a passport’s pages and deprived of their individuality and humanity.
Things end but memories last forever. As we grow older, our memories of the past begin to blur. There are times when we even forget who we really are.
My big box is a game designed to look back and unlock exclusive memories of every age and find your authentic self. The aim of the board game is to recall precious memories hidden deep in our minds. Recalling everything for the first time through tracing the memory. We can get to know the world again like an infant.
As we turn over the game cards and complete the puzzles, we are able to construct a picture of childhood. The strangest yet most familiar version of yourself.
